This was a front yard designed to look like a mountain stream with a path going across a granite bridge to the front sidewalk. The surrounding area was outcropped with granite boulders and planted with NW plantings. The dry streambed looks like it is running underneath the driveway when in reality the driveway drains into the streambed and the water is carried underground to the backyard.
